We partner across the EV and AV ecosystem to deliver reliable, efficient fleet operations at scale.We're looking for a Fleet Operations Manager to relaunch and lead our San Francisco fleet hub (~30 Tesla/EV vehicles). This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for day-to-day operations, vendor management, and ensuring the fleet is fully optimized, clean, and ready for drivers.What You'll Do:Own end-to-end fleet operations at the SF hub, including uptime, readiness, and utilizationManage local vendors (maintenance, cleaning, charging, body shops) to ensure high-quality, cost-effective serviceOversee hub operations, including logistics, layout, and real estate coordinationMonitor and improve fleet performance using data and operational insightsEnsure vehicles meet cleanliness, safety, and quality standards at all timesPartner closely with Customer Success and Engineering to resolve issues and improve fleet software systemsHire, manage, and develop hourly fleet agents on-siteOwn budgeting and cost control across fleet operationsIdentify opportunities to improve processes as we scale our EV and future AV programsWhat We're Looking For:3–6+ years of experience in fleet, logistics, or operations managementHands-on experience with vehicle operations (maintenance coordination, inspections, etc.)Strong vendor management and negotiation skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownershipComfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teamsStrong attention to detail and operational disciplineValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWillingness to be on-site at the hub 5 days/weekCompensation & Benefits:$70,000–$90,000 total compensation (depending on experience)High-growth opportunity with clear path to scale into regional or national operations leadershipOpportunity to work at the forefront of EV and autonomous mobility
