Content Media Coordinator

You’ll be proactive, organised and ready to learn, and we’ll ensure that you’re provided with the knowledge and guidance to deliver to EIKON’s impeccably high standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Content Media Coordinator you will be responsible for the evaluation and tracking of content outputs, such as: ProRes elements, Key Artwork, Metadata Information, etc. This material will be from all facets of the media and entertainment landscape – theatrical, episodic, short form and advertising. Additionally, you may be called upon to work directly with Eikon clients across all the disciplines outlined above.Main duties:Identification of media assets (including artwork, image/sound elements, content metadata, etc.)Tracking of media association to client or EIKON tracking ecosystems and data basesDiscussions and meetings with clientsCritical and cursory review of Media Assets Skills and AttributesHands on experience with media toolsets from major equipment manufacturers – such as the Clipster, Resolve, Pro Tools, Transkoder, Vantage, etc.Thorough knowledge of post-production processes and workflows in both video and audioExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong IT literacy Minimum Qualifications1-2 years of Media and Entertainment post-production for digital deliveryAbility to handle high-pressure situations and sensitive informationThe flexibility to work in a fast-paced and demanding environmentRight to work in the USWorking HoursMonday through Friday, 9am to 6pm (with a one hour lunch)Contract TypeTemporary, June 1st - August 28thWe may close this vacancy early if we receive a sufficient number of strong applications, so please apply as soon as possible.*** Please apply via our website with your resume and cover letter ***
