Known for simplifying complex builds, it brings together multidisciplinary teams to reduce friction, accelerate timelines, and maintain consistent quality.Job DescriptionLead and oversee day-to-day construction operations, ensuring all work meets established quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, design teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment across all phases of the project.Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved and deadlines are consistently met.Maintain clear, accurate, and timely communication, including detailed documentation, reporting, and issue tracking throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure full compliance with applicable building codes, regulatory requirements, and organizational values, while proactively identifying and mitigating risk on site.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
