Deployment Technician

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Deployment Technician to join our team on-site in Tempe, AZ. The Deployment Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting desktop computer systems, performing software installations, providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and repairing computer hardware as required. The technician will work closely with the IT team to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering reliable solutions that meet operational needs.QualificationsExperience with Desktop Computers and Computer RepairProficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical SupportFamiliarity with Software Installation processesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environmentCertifications such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent are a plusPrior experience in IT deployment or technical support roles is advantageous
