Role descriptionJob DescriptionUI Tech Lead  UI Lead DeveloperJob Summary –We are looking for an experienced UI Tech Lead - UI Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The role requires strong technical expertise in modern UI frameworks, hands-on experience in building responsive and reusable components, and the ability to guide and coordinate a distributed team. The candidate will work closely with design teams, business stakeholders, and project management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Location – SV/CAExperience Required:8 to 12 years of significant experience as UI lead developer.Required skills:Strong proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, Redux, and Oracle.Experience with RESTful APIs and front-end performance optimization.Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git).Knowledge of Snowflake, DevOps, and Release Management (preferred).Experience with GenAI  LLM model integration is a plus.Responsibilities –Lead the development of web-based applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, Redux, or similar frameworks.Build and maintain scalable, reusable, and responsive UI components.Evaluate and implement improvements to existing interface flows and user experience.Collaborate with design teams, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to define and implement features.Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Participate in DevOps, release management, and deployment processes.Communicate effectively with project management and clients regarding progress, challenges, and next steps.Support integration of GenAI  LLM components in applications (preferred).Ensure high-quality coding, performance optimization, and adherence to project timelines.Behavioral Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to guide and coordinate distributed teams effectively.Proactive, accountable, and capable of managing priorities independently.About MphasisMphasis applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
