8th Grade Math Teacher

Briar Middle School is seeking an 8th grade Math teacher to join our team of dynamic educators and teacher-leaders. This position requires prospective candidates to have the following qualifications:Valid Ohio Mathematics licensure.Knowledge and understanding of State Standards.Licensed to teach Algebra 1 and GeometryAbility to effectively deliver and analyze high quality assessments.Actively teach, learn, and interact with students during 50-minute periods.Possess collaborative, team-based skills to work alongside growth-minded, culture-first people.Prioritize building quality relationships with students in all school settings.Champion for equity and inclusion of all learners.Support the school district's mission and vision for achievement and culture.
