Title: ExpeditorReports To: Kitchen ManagerDepartment: Food & BeverageSummary of Position: Ensure that all food orders are prepared according to Company guidelines to ensure an extraordinary guest experience.Responsibilities:Oversee all food orders to ensure they are prepared in an accurate and timely manner according to Company proceduresPossess thorough and accurate knowledge of menu items and specials and orchestrate the efficient delivery of meals to all tables checking for accuracy, presentation and temperatureAssist with the final preparation of dishes as requiredEnsure orders are being prepared with the correct priorityEliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashingInspect premises to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environmentUnderstand Company ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, Health and Safety standards, policies, goals and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areasOther duties per Duties Checklist and as requestedPosition Requirements:Excellent communication and people skillsMust be able to work a variety shifts, including weekends, and holiday shiftsMust be a team player capable of working with others in a positive mannerPossess or obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company policyAbility to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and handle tasks involving bending, twisting and squattingBe well organized and have the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at one timeDexterity in using kitchen equipment or utensils and carrying heavy traysMajority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other peopleEducation and Experience:Education: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishmentBenefits:401 k Retirement PlanMedical, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid Sick TimeComplimentary Employee MealsFamily Meals DiscountQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status and all other status protected by law.
