PROJECT MANAGERThis Project Manager role is an on-site role in Eunice, NM.Position SummaryResponsible for the successful oversight and effective delivery of all obligations of project(s) assigned for a uranium enrichment facility, which provides enriched uranium to the commercial nuclear power industry. Project Manager is accountable for establishing the integrated project team; setting execution strategy; oversight of cost, schedule and risk for the project; leading definition, planning, estimating, and execution in line with Client procedures and HS&E requirements. Must clearly report the status of the project to senior leadership and complete periodic reports / updates, as required, and ensure that projects are completed within the allocated time and budget. All deliverables, including project documentation, must be submitted and approved by Client, with successful final inspection and commissioning of project.Must be able to successfully complete any training and screening elements required to obtain a NRC L-level security clearance for site access.QualificationsEducation:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred- Minimum of an Associate's degree in a relevant field or the completion of a journeyman or technical program required- And/or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience:7-10 years relevant Project Management experience at a power plant/equivalent facility or a minimum of 4 years of experience as Construction Manager or Project ManagerCertification:PMP Certification preferredEssential FunctionsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and any additional systems/programs required to successfully perform job functionsAbility to successfully obtain and maintain full unescorted access at the site, if requiredVisual acuity (e.g., needed to prepare and analyze data, to transcribe documents, to view a computer, to read, to inspect objects, to operate machinery)Balancing (e.g., maintaining equilibrium when walking, climbing, crouching etc.)WalkingManual Dexterity (e.g., picking, pinching, typing, or other working that uses the fingers)Grasping (e.g., use of hand to apply pressure)Feeling (e.g., perceiving an object's size, shape, texture etc.)Climbing (e.g., ascending/descending stairs, ladders, using feet and legs or hands/arms to climb)HearingTalking, with capacity to express thoughts orally (e.g., accurately and quickly convey spoken instruction to workers)Capacity to think, concentrate and focus over long periods of timeAbility to effectively communicate (both verbally and in written form) with all levels of management, supervision, craft and support functionsAbility to read and write complex documents in the English languageCapacity to reason and make sound decisionsAbility to wear a mask, respirator, bullet proof vest, or other equipmentAbility to regularly perform all job functions at Company's office or work siteAbility to withstand environmental conditions (e.g., extreme heat or cold, grass, wind, sand, fumes, odors, gases, extreme noise, etc.)Ability to successfully complete elements required to obtain unescorted access to Client facilities/plants (background screening, drug/alcohol screening, psychological screening, training, etc.)In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $96,000 - $210,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
