Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 (Paid $500 after first load, $500 at 30 days) Key Selling Points: Schedule: Out 12 days, home 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend Freight: OTR across all 48 states; majority of freight is East of I-35 Mileage: Average 2,000-2,200 miles per week, based on HOS and availability Freight Type: All no touch; 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload Dispatch: No forced dispatch into NYC or its 5 boroughs Equipment: Drive a 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliner or Kenworth Average length of haul: over 600 miles Support: 24/7 operations specialist available Flexible shifts tailored to your needs Pay Details: Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2nd hour Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity (eligible on the 1st of the month following your hire)
