Role Description This is a remote role for a Global Trade Facilitator Support. The role involves assisting Global Trade Facilitators in managing international transactions, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and resolving any issues that may arise. Responsibilities include coordinating communication between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders, supporting trade documentation processes, and maintaining accurate trade records. Utilizing the SimulTrayd platform efficiently to oversee trade activities and provide exceptional service to all parties is a critical aspect of this role. Qualifications Strong understanding of international trade, import-export regulations, and logistics processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholdersExperience with digital platforms and AI-driven tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologiesEffective organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyProblem-solving and analytical skills to address and resolve trade-related issues efficientlyAbility to work remotely and independently while maintaining high levels of accountabilityPrior experience in global supply chain management or trade facilitation is a plusBachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
