As a Forklift Operator, you’re the backbone of our warehouse operations. Safely maneuver forklifts to make sure products are perfectly loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored. The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts, electric pallet jacks (EPJ), and other material handling equipment (MHE) to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management in support of daily warehouse operations. This role supports daily warehouse operations through loading, unloading, picking, and consolidation of products while upholding CJ Logistics America’s safety and quality standards.Every day you’ll make a tangible impact on the supply chain, helping us deliver excellence across the globe!Pay Range: $19.59 per hour + $0.50 per hour shift differential Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pmWhat You’ll Be Doing:Safely operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happyMaster the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating palletsJump in with manual case picking when directedGet products prepped and shipped with accuracy and careConduct outbound load audits, correct labels and count discrepanciesKeep the warehouse moving by replenishing products in the right baysTackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertiseWhat We’re Looking For:6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experienceMust have the physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistentlyBonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/CertificationA true team player who works toward common goalsBrings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every dayReliable – we count on you, and so does the teamWork Environment:This job operates in a warehouse environment—where the action happens!Ready to Elevate Your Career?
