Account Manager
We’re recruiting on behalf of a global marketing execution partner known for creating meaningful and sustainable brand experiences. They are seeking an Account Manager to join their team, focusing on print, POS displays and promotional projects. This company is renowned for its innovative approach to marketing execution, leveraging technology and a vast network of experts to deliver efficient and impactful solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationshipUnderstand client goals and industry trends to deliver strategic, brand-aligned solutionDrive sales and profitability by developing value-added, cost-effective project planOversee end-to-end project execution — from briefs and quoting to production and deliverCreate and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating riskMaintain proactive communication with clients, resolving issues within agreed SLACollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to meet deadlineWork directly with suppliers to manage production schedules, quality, and delivery timelineReview samples and creative outputs to ensure consistency with brand standardMonitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share actionable insights for optimizationSkills & Experience3+ years in a client-facing account management role working with print, promotional products, merchandise or POS/retail displayProven track record in managing supplier relationships, resolving issues, and maintaining strong vendor communicationStrong project/order management skills with exceptional organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilitiesDemonstrated ability to grow and maintain accounts, driving revenue and margin growthExcellent communicator with confident, client-facing presence and cross-functional collaboration experience (including global teamStrategic, solutions-oriented thinker with a self-starter mindset and analytical approachDetail-oriented and highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Comfortable commuting to client office 3 days per week in Richmond, VAWhy Explore This RoleThis position offers the opportunity to work with globally recognized brands and be part of a team that values innovation and sustainability.
