Akkodis is seeking an experienced RPA Developer for a 6+ Months Contract. This is an on-site position in Spring, Texas 77389.Job Title: RPA DeveloperLocation: Onsite, Spring, Texas 77389. Duration: 6+ Month ContractRate Range: $60/hr. to $65/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)Benefits (401K, PTO, perks, etc.): Medical, dental, vision, PTO, life insurance, retirement, and STI bonus.Role SummaryThe RPA Developer is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Robotic Process Automation solutions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to document processes, implement automation workflows, manage exceptions, and maintain existing automation artefacts. The RPA Developer also provides guidance on process optimization and automation best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy RPA automation workflowsCollaborate with business teams to document and analyze processes for automation suitabilityWork with engagement teams to implement and test RPA solutions, including exception handlingMaintain and support existing RPA bots, ensuring monitoring, performance, and stabilityManage change control and enhancements for existing automation artifactsCreate and maintain detailed process documentation, including Design Solution Documents (DSD), Master Test Plans (MTP), and Hand-Back Documents (HBO)Guide process design and optimization from an automation perspectiveSupport multiple automation initiatives and participate in RPA-focused projects as neededServe as a subject matter expert on the selected RPA platform and remain open to learning new tools and technologiesTechnical Skills and KnowledgeAdvanced proficiency in C#.NET or VB/VBA, with strong working knowledge of SQL databases and PowerShellAdvanced understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or other scripting languagesExperience building dashboards and reporting solutions is a plusStrong understanding of RPA deployment methodologies, opportunity identification, and process optimizationPrevious experience with TFS and web servicesAdvanced knowledge of RPA software platforms and automation best practicesCollaboration and ScopePartner with product managers to understand business requirements and objectivesCollaborate with software engineers to understand system architecture and integration pointsWork on complex automation solutions involving unstructured dataInteract with engineers, subject matter experts, and internal or external development partnersRegularly engage with senior individual contributors, managers, and program core teamsComplexity and AutonomyWork independently with minimal supervisionLead automation initiatives and contribute to or lead small teamsManage multiple projects concurrentlyApply advanced analytical skills and multiple solution approaches to complex problemsEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field requiredMaster’s degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in a related fieldProven expertise demonstrated through professional projects and or academic workEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled:Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
