This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations while driving modernization initiatives across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Strategy Leadership: Define and execute strategies across modern (Java/Angular) and legacy (PowerBuilder) platforms.Legacy Application Maintenance: Troubleshoot, fix bugs/defects, and add new functionality to PowerBuilder applicationsMigration Stability: Guarantee the stability of PowerBuilder applications throughout the migration lifecycleFunctional Specification Translation: Convert legacy source code into clear functional specifications for new system developmentUnified Architecture Enforcement: Establish and enforce consistent architectures, processes, and standards across teams.QualificationStrong experience with Java, Angular, and PowerBuilderProven ability to manage both legacy systems and modern application developmentExpertise in system migration, functional specification writing, and architecture governanceExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
