This is a highly specialized role within a fast-paced clinical environment where your work has direct and meaningful impact on patient outcomes and the broader community.The RoleThe Referral Clinical Coordinator responds to potential referrals, gathers and interprets medical information to assess suitability, collaborates with hospital medical teams on care planning and documentation, facilitates end-of-life discussions with families and authorizing parties, and supports the full donation and recovery process, including transportation, logistics, and documentation.Schedule12-hour night shifts, 7PM to 7AM. Seven days in a two-week period including alternating weekends.Compensation$64,464 to $77,077 annually.
