Job Title: Senior PPM Systems AnalystLocation-RemoteJob SummaryThe Senior PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Systems Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and support of PPM tools and processes. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions, ensuring effective portfolio planning, project execution, and resource management across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of PPM systems (e.g., Microsoft Project Online, Planview, Clarity PPM, ServiceNow PPM)Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into system solutionsDesign dashboards, reports, and KPIs for portfolio visibility and decision-makingEnsure data integrity, governance, and consistency across PPM toolsProvide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and user trainingDrive process improvements in project intake, prioritization, and resource managementIntegrate PPM systems with other enterprise tools (e.g., ERP, HR, finance systems)Lead system upgrades, testing, and release management activitiesMentor junior analysts and act as a subject matter expert (SME)Required Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.Strong experience with at least one major PPM tool (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Planview)Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)Experience in business analysis, system configuration, and stakeholder managementStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with reporting tools like Power BI or TableauKnowledge of SQL or data queryingCertifications such as PMP (from Project Management Institute), SAFe, or ITILExperience with system integrations and APIsKey Skills:PPM tool configuration & administrationPortfolio and resource managementData analysis and reportingStakeholder engagementProcess improvementTechnical troubleshooting
