With international operations and evolving financial needs, this organization values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across its finance function.Your new roleAs Treasurer, you will play a critical leadership role in managing the company's global cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee treasury operations, banking and lending relationships, and a small team responsible for accounts payable and receivable.Key responsibilities include:Managing daily global cash positioning and forecasting liquidity needsDeveloping and implementing treasury policies, procedures, and controlsLeading and mentoring a team (AP/AR functions) while ensuring timely reportingManaging domestic and international banking relationships and optimizing accountsSupporting lending relationships, including debt covenant compliance and financing strategyProducing financial analysis and reporting to senior leadershipEnsuring compliance with tax regulations (U.S. and international) and internal controlsCollaborating cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and project leadershipThis role offers high visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to shape and enhance treasury operations in a growing organization.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of technical treasury expertise, leadership capability, and strong business acumen:10+ years of progressive experience in treasury or financial leadership rolesBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fieldCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred; MBA or CPA is a plusStrong experience with international operations, including FX, compliance, and reportingExperience managing banking relationships and asset-based lending facilitiesProven leadership experience managing teams and driving process improvementsStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersExperience in private equity-backed environments preferredFamiliarity with Microsoft ERP systems is a plusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWhat you'll get in returnCompetitive base salary of $160,000 – $170,000, plus up to 20% performance bonusComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverageEmployer-paid life insurance, AD&D, short-term and long-term disability401(k) retirement planCompetitive paid time off11 company-observed holidaysOpportunity to work in a high-impact leadership role with executive exposureWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this opportunity, apply now or reach out to learn more.
