Housekeeper Supervisor

Position: Housekeeper Supervisor Location: Aspire Senior Living of New Florence - New Florence, MO Shift: FULL-TIME DAYS Aspire Senior Living of New Florence is seeking a compassionate and experienced Housekeeper Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, the Housekeeper Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of housekeeping. Housekeeper Supervisor Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with infection control guidelines and company policies Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained Identify and address any maintenance or repair needs in resident rooms and common areas Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective delivery of services Maintain accurate records and reports on housekeeping activities, including inventory management and supply ordering Participate in training and orientation of new housekeeping staff members Mentor and provide guidance to housekeeping staff to support their professional development Housekeeper Supervisor Requirements: Experience in housekeeping or a related field in a healthcare setting Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy cleaning equipment and supplies Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
