Job Title: Senior Global Supply Chain Manager – Capital EquipmentLocation: Carson City, NVSalary: Competitive Salary + BenefitsDay to dayWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Global Supply Chain – Capital Equipment to lead sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and logistics activities for large-scale manufacturing and capital projects.Responsibilities include:Managing the full procurement lifecycle for capital equipment including RFQs, negotiations, contracts, and supplier management.Developing global sourcing strategies to support expansion projects and operational growth.Collaborating with Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Coordinating domestic and international logistics, shipping, and supplier performance.Driving cost reduction initiatives, process improvements, and procurement best practices.Tracking procurement KPIs, spend reporting, and project milestones.RequiermentsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.8+ years of supply chain or procurement experience with strong capital equipment sourcing experience.Background within manufacturing, industrial, EPC, or capital project environments.Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract administration skills.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.Excellent project management and communication skills.Preferred:Experience within battery manufacturing, energy, or high-growth manufacturing environments.CPSM or similar supply chain certification.Apply NowTo apply send an up-to-date resume to gfiler@novaxrecruitment.com, or apply directly through this advertisement.
