Generative Creative Specialist

The RoleWe are seeking a Generative Creative Specialist to join our GenAI innovation pod and help scale high-volume, performance-driven creative for mobile game user acquisition.This role is primarily hands-on creation, focused on generating short-form video and static ads end-to-end using generative AI tools. In addition to producing assets, you will help develop reusable prompting frameworks and creative approaches that improve speed, consistency, and output over time.You’ll work closely with UA and performance marketing partners to explore hooks and visual concepts that drive results, and collaborate with Creative Services to help scale proven winners.What You’ll DoHands-On GenAI Creative Production Lead production of text-to-video, image-to-video, and text-to-image tools to rapidly create and iterate on assets for major campaigns Generate short-form video ads (6–30s) end-to-end (primarily in Runway) and produce static ads/variants for testing Generate structured variations across hooks, pacing, and visuals Translate creative briefs and hook ideas into mobile-first concepts optimized for feed placements Iterate creative based on performance signals such as IPMs, CTR, CPI, and ROASFrameworks & Output Scaling Maintain organized output management (iteration tracking, file naming/versioning, exports, and handoff-ready packages) Develop and maintain a library of reusable prompt frameworks (hook styles, visual treatments, camera language, pacing, character/style consistency) Continuously refine workflows to improve speed, volume, repeatability, and quality Share learnings and frameworks with the broader GenAI innovation pod through documentation and examples Participate in creative reviews with a performance-first mindsetEnsure Creative Quality Curate and refine GenAI outputs to meet quality bars for clarity, readability, and thumb-stop impact Ensure outputs stay on-brand and align to responsible AI guardrailsHow Success Is Measured Volume and velocity of creative output Performance impact of generated assets Reuse and effectiveness of prompting frameworks Speed at which learnings translate into better-performing creativeWhat We Are Looking ForRequired Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience creating short-form video (6–30s) and static images using generative AI tools (Runway preferred) Advanced prompt engineering: able to build and maintain a library of reusable prompt structures, seeds, and style/model configurations to deliver consistent, on-brand outputs at scale Performance-driven mindset: comfortable using CTR, IPM, CPI, and ROAS to guide iteration and generate structured creative variations High-volume, fast-iteration work style: enjoys rapid testing, learning loops, and continuous improvement over polish Manages outputs in an organized way, including iteration tracking, naming/versioning, exports, and handoff-ready files Familiarity with multiple GenAI tools beyond Runway (e.g., Sora) and knowing when to use which Strong portfolio/reel showcasing mastery and creative integration of Generative AI content into finished campaigns. Bonus for mobile UA ad creative (short-form video and statics).Preferred Qualifications 3+ years in a creative production role (motion / editing / design / content creation), with 1+ year using GenAI tools in a professional or production setting Mobile Game Experience: background in performance creative / mobile UA ad creation Creative technologist mindset with strong visual instincts and comfort experimenting across tools/workflows Collaborative, low-ego teammate who thrives in fast-moving, experimental environments Passionate about games#DICE
