🚨 Hiring: Hardware Test Engineer – Verification & Validation📍 Location: MN💼 Experience: 5+ YearsWe are looking for a Hardware Test Engineer with strong experience in Verification & Validation (V&V), hardware testing, and electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate will support component and system-level testing and contribute throughout the product development lifecycle.🔹 Develop and execute test plans, procedures, protocols, and reports🔹 Perform functional testing of electrical, mechanical, and integrated hardware systems🔹 Conduct requirements-based verification and validation testing🔹 Work hands-on with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and measurement tools🔹 Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and cross-functional teams🔹 Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Device, Automotive, or Defense is preferred
