This role works from engineering specifications, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings to assemble and weld industrial components while ensuring proper fit, alignment, and performance.Key Responsibilities:Perform assembly and welding of parts, sub-assemblies, and complete unitsSet up and operate arc welding equipment for fit-up and assembly workRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawingsPerform basic electrical wiring and component assemblyTest equipment using electrical measuring devices such as ohmmeters, ammeters, and voltmetersInspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracyAssist with reconditioning and repair of equipment as neededMaintain production records and support quality, safety, and TPM initiativesQualifications:2 yrs experience with assembly welding (ARC) or mechanical assemblyAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsExperience using hand tools, welding equipment, and measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and mechanical aptitudeAbility to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environmentApply today to join a safety-focused, quality-driven team!1706-2Lancaster, PA 1706 1380 Harrisburg Pike Suite A Lancaster, PA 17601
