Professional Expectations The ideal candidate must: Have the ability to take direction and advance Be at work on time every day Help and support team members and work in a team environment Follow company safety guidelines Be willing to learn methods and on-the-job training from day one Embrace learning and most importantly enjoy the opportunity to advance with a rapidly-growing company Responsibilities Climb high ladders (If you're afraid if heights this might not be a job for you) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds several times per day Communicate professionally and manage customer expectations Operate power tools, wood working tools, and air tools Maintain a clean and safe work environment by sweeping, cleaning, and removing trash Maintain and upkeep property, tools, equipment, and materials at all times Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Conduct quality inspections on finished work Experience General knowledge in residential construction trades including but not limited to: Wood framing and trusses Hanging doors Installing windows Interior finish Siding Join us to lead innovative projects that transform spaces while fostering a culture of excellence.
