Develop andmaintainstrong working relationships with hiring managersand other team membersto understand their needs andcreate a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility. Lead,coachand develop the recruiting team, including performance management and workload balancing. Use traditional and innovative methods toidentifyand attract high quality and diverse candidates. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting events as needed. Oversee recruiting programs such as employee referralsand community partnerships. Manage a high-volume recruiting process for positions ranging from internships, entry level positions, hourly and salaried highly technical and senior level management to executive level positions.This will be a hands-on position where you will be managingreqsregularly. Oversee all stages of candidate experience including application, interviews and offers, background checks. Screen resumes,coordinate travel,interview candidates, administerappropriate pre-employmentassessments as well as background/drug screenings. Regularly report on key recruitment metrics: source of hire, cost per hire and time-to-hire, etc. Oversee ATS usage, data accuracy, reporting, and recruiting documentation. Optimizerecruiting processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes. Build out and customize recruitingsystemandprocesses, policies to align with corporate. Create atop-notchcandidate andhiringmanager experience. Have a continuous improvement mindsetutilizingdata to inform areas for improvement. Ensure recruiting activitiescomply withfederal, state, and local employment laws, mitigate risk in the process. Ensure alljob requisitionsand offers have proper approval. All other duties as assigned Required QualificationsThe following are a non-exhaustive list of qualifications for the position:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major plus10+ years of experience intalent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting, or8+ years with a relevantMaster’sdegreein a high-tech industry, preferably in aerospaceand defense. Minimum of2years of experience managing atalent acquisitionteam in a fast-paced recruiting corporate environment. Possesses strong working knowledge and experience with Federal and State employment laws including DOL, EEOC, ADA, VEVRAA,FLSAand OFCCP. Experience with collegerecruiting fordirect hires and internships/co-ops. Proven experience with sourcing a diversity of candidates including women,minoritiesand veterans. Thoroughunderstanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Successfultrack recordofutilizingtraditional and innovative research and sourcing strategies to attract a high quality and diverse work force including networking, social media, jobboardsand other sourcing for active and passive candidates. Desire to be hands-on recruiting while managing the function both strategically and tactically. Thoroughunderstanding oftechnology, technicalrolesand technical skills. Able to use talent and market insights and data to influence decisions and executive-level audiences. Excellent interpersonal,verbaland written communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and time management/ multi-tasking skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing tasks and delegate whenappropriate. Ability to function in a high-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment. Must have a sense of urgency with a mindset of continuous improvement driven by data. Prior experience creatingan optimalcandidate and hiring manager experience. Proficient with Jobvite ATS or similar recruiting system and Microsoft Office Suite. Travelup to 20%may berequired. Preferred QualificationsMaster’sdegree is a plus. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professionalis desired.
