Program Associate AnalystLocation: Santa Clara, CA Duration: Long TermDuties:Help gather and analyze requirementsPerform User Acceptance testingAssist in User Training documentationAct as the liaison with various stakeholders, including IT, as neededProvide status updates and meeting minutesDocumenting decisions and action itemsUnderstands stakeholder needs and build effective relationshipsInvolvement and visibility into all aspects of project implementationUse a variety of communications methods to deliver information relevant to the audience and project needsUse a variety of problem-solving skills to resolve issues with internal teams and stakeholdersEnsure all risks and issues impacting project or program progress are logged and escalated as appropriateUndertake other activities as assigned based on business need as defined by LegalSkills:Minimum of 3 years relevant experience or previous intern experience preferredUnderstanding of Project Management & SDLC conceptsExperience with SAAS applications preferred (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Marketo etc)PMP, Prince or similar qualification requiredStrong multitasking and organizational skills required.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
