We take pride in building high-quality, precision-engineered equipment—and we expect the same level of accountability, ownership, and performance from our team.Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving production performance, enforcing strict quality and safety standards, and holding teams accountable. The ideal candidate has a strong electrical background, proven leadership experience, and the ability to manage people, processes, and production demands without constant oversight.What You’ll Do Lead and manage electrical production teams to meet daily and weekly production targets Hold Team Leads and technicians accountable for performance, quality, and attendance Provide clear direction, priorities, and expectations at the start of each shift Actively monitor production floor activity and address issues in real time Coordinate closely with Operations, Mechanical, and other departments to eliminate bottlenecks Identify and resolve production issues including material shortages, quality defects, and workflow gaps Ensure all electrical assemblies meet company standards and engineering specifications Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and immediately address unsafe behavior Lead daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and production huddles Review and ensure accuracy of end-of-shift reports, productivity, and performance metrics Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, organization, and team performance What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in electrical manufacturing, industrial production, or related field 2+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience required Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and industrial equipment Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings Demonstrated ability to lead teams, enforce standards, and drive results Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment High level of accountability, urgency, and ownership Willingness to be hands-on and present on the production floor daily Why Join Safe Air Technology High-impact leadership role in a rapidly growing company Opportunity to build and develop strong production teams Performance-driven environment with clear expectations and accountability Competitive pay based on experience Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Work Location: In person (Baton Rouge, LA)Important Note This role requires a high level of accountability and leadership presence.
