Process Control Engineer

Location: Multiple locationsRole Overview: Responsible for applying process control principles to ensure safe, efficient plant operations. Tasks include maintaining control system functionality, managing alarms, troubleshooting issues, and supporting asset management.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote a proactive HSE culture, ensuring compliance and participating in risk assessments.Manage incident response, investigations, and technical assessments.Develop and optimize control systems, evaluate plant controls, and recommend improvements.Support plant shutdowns, projects, and capital budgeting with technical justifications.Create procedures, reports, and assist with operational planning.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in process controls or related field.At least three years of process control engineering experience, with proficiency in HMI, SIS, PLC programming, and maintenance.Knowledge of VFDs, MCCs, communication protocols, troubleshooting, and calibration.Understanding of codes and standards, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Core Values: Emphasizes safety, innovation, collaboration, reliability, and making a positive impact.
