This includes designing course materials, developing lesson plans, and delivering instruction using a variety of methods such as classroom training, on-the-job instruction, multimedia learning, simulators, and distance learning platforms.Key responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining curriculum and instructional materials that align with organizational goals and lifecycle support requirements.Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training priorities across departments and programs.Delivering training sessions that enhance workforce proficiency, safety, and compliance with regulatory and technical standards.Applying instructional design principles to create engaging, effective learning experiences using modern technologies and methodologies.Coordinating with supervisors, subject matter experts, and program managers to ensure training content reflects current operational practices and evolving mission needs.Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics; revising materials as necessary to improve outcomes.Supporting quality assurance by maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to established standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Assisting with the integration of new technologies, tools, and processes into training programs to support modernization and efficiency goals.
