Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Travel Agent role based in Mankato, MN, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Travel Agent will assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, cruises, and car rentals. Daily responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, managing reservations, generating customized itineraries, and addressing client inquiries. Additionally, the role involves promoting travel packages, upselling travel products, and cultivating strong client relationships. Qualifications Experience with Reservations and Travel Arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and cruisesStrong Customer Service skills to assist clients and provide tailored travel experiencesFamiliarity with Car Rental processes and travel-related salesProficiency in sales techniques to promote travel packages and upsell servicesAttention to detail and organizational skills to manage bookings and itineraries effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with travel software and technology is a plusPrevious experience in a travel agency or related field is beneficial
