This position supports front desk operations, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient flow in a busy medical office.Key Responsibilities:Greet and check in patients; manage front desk operationsSchedule appointments and coordinate complex calendarsVerify insurance and maintain accurate patient recordsManage patient flow and support providers and clinical staffHandle medical records and sensitive patient informationProvide administrative support as neededSchedule Requirement: Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month.Qualifications:2+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist preferredMinimum 1 year of customer service experience requiredExperience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferredFamiliarity with EMR/EHR systems a plusStrong communication and customer service skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsReliable transportation requiredSpectrum Vision Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
