A healthcare network in Connecticut is currently seeking a new, licensed Cardiologist to join their growing team as their new Cardiologist. About the Opportunity: Schedule: Monday to Friday - 1 week/month December - March, ongoing Hours: 8am to 4:30pm Call: No callbacks - 24 hour call Number of Rooms: 10 Exam rooms (with potential for 2 additional) Office Staff: 1 F/T RN (2 filling this position), 6 MA's, 1 Medical Secretary, 1 Scheduling Support person Responsibilities: The Cardiologist will treat the following conditions/procedures (high volume of congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease and tachycardia, but see all coronary conditions): HTN Palpitations CHF CAD Hyperlipidemia Bradycardia/Tachycardia/elevated heart rates Syncope/dizziness/LOC Atrial Fibrillation Atrial Flutter Arrhythmia TEE's Cardioversion's Stress Tests Echocardiograms Qualifications: Licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut Board Eligible / Certified Active DEA registration MD or DO
