Clinical ConsultantReporting to the Director, Clinical Services, BrioHealth Solutions is seeking a Clinical Consultant with deep ventricular assist device (VAD) expertise to support both adult and pediatric clinical initiatives across the U.S.This is not a traditional clinical support role. You will operate at the intersection of clinical education, case support, and early-stage market development, working directly with surgeons, cardiologists, perfusionists, and ICU teams during a pivotal stage of company growth.What You'll DoServe as the clinical lead and primary point of contact for assigned accountsDeliver hands-on training and education to surgeons, cardiologists, nurses, and hospital staffProvide on-site case support during device implants and early patient managementPartner with sites participating in the Brio4Kids Pediatric Study and adult clinical programsTranslate complex clinical concepts into clear, actionable guidanceCollaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, R&D, Quality, and Commercial teamsSupport clinical trial execution, site readiness, and protocol adherenceCapture and relay voice-of-customer insights to inform product and training improvementsContribute to development of training programs and educational materialsProvide occasional support for 24/7 clinical coverage and escalationsRepresent BrioHealth at conferences and industry eventsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in heart failure / MCS / VADs strongly preferredDirect experience supporting LVAD/temporary MCS cases (e.g., HeartMate, CentriMag, Impella, etc.)ICU clinical experience strongly preferredProven ability to operate in high-acuity, high-pressure clinical environmentsExceptional communication skills-able to influence and educate diverse stakeholdersHigh ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in an evolving environmentWillingness to travel ~50%+ (site-dependent)
