Senior Estimator, Construction

We’re partnered with a well-established general contractor that’s looking to add a Senior Estimator to their growing preconstruction team.This individual will play a key role in pursuing and securing a diverse portfolio of work including light industrial, retail, office, and commercial projects.Key Responsibilities:• Lead estimates from concept through bid submission• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements• Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier pricing• Collaborate closely with operations and field teams during preconstruction• Help develop competitive bids while managing project risk• Support continuous improvement within the estimating processQualifications:• 7+ years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor• Experience pricing commercial, retail, industrial, healthcare, or office projects• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and costs• Proficiency with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar estimating software• Ability to build relationships with subcontractors and internal project teamsWhy Consider It?• Strong project backlog and repeat client base• Opportunity to mentor junior estimators and contribute to team growth• Collaborative leadership team• Competitive compensation, bonus, and benefits package• Long-term growth opportunities within the organization
