Roles & Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality applications using C#, .NET, and React JSProvide technical guidance and mentorship to development team membersOwn end-to-end feature delivery, including design, implementation, code reviews, and production supportCollaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teamsEnsure best practices in coding standards, performance, security, and maintainabilityTroubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause analysisParticipate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-makingRequired Technical SkillsAzure; C#; .NET; Digital : ReactJS; HTML5 / CSS3Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET (ASP.NET / .NET Core preferred)Proficient in React JS, including:HooksContext APIComponent lifecycleSolid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including Flexbox and CSS GridGood understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend servicesExperience working with modern front-end build tools and package managers
