We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition within the private lending sector.This role requires strong ownership of the full sales cycle and close collaboration with leadership to scale a repeatable go-to-market engine.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue GenerationDevelop and manage a qualified pipelineConduct discovery calls and tailored product demonstrationsNegotiate commercial terms and close dealsEnsure smooth hand-off to Customer SuccessPipeline DevelopmentExecute targeted outbound campaignsLeverage industry networks and eventsMaintain CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracyMarket & Product FeedbackProvide structured insights on feature gaps and pricingContribute to messaging and sales collateral developmentRepresent the organization at industry eventsQualifications2–4 years of B2B sales experience (software, fintech, or lending preferred)Demonstrated ability to sell into financial ecosystemsStrong negotiation and presentation skillsCRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce)Experience collaborating across remote/global teamsProfessional-level English communicationCompensation & LogisticsOffice-based (Menlo Park), 5 days/week10 a.m.–7 p.m. PT schedule$100k–$130k base | $140k–$180k OTEHealth benefits, flexible PTO, company holidays, on-site gym
