This role blends guest-facing service with operational support, ensuring smooth check-ins, accurate records, and a clean, safe, and welcoming property. Ideal candidates are organized, service-minded, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities throughout their shift.What You'll DoFront Desk & Guest ExperienceServe as the first point of contact for guests during arrival, stay, and departureComplete reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using hotel systemsPost and verify charges including room rates, taxes, My Store purchases, and pet feesExplain hotel amenities, rewards program participation, and local dining, shopping, and attractionsAddress guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriateComplete Laundry and cleaning tasksOperational & Cleaning Assistance Complete laundry, stocking supplies, and sanitizing common areasMaintain the coffee bar and lobbyClear snow and ice from entrances and sidewalks as neededDeliver guest items such as towels, cribs, and toiletriesIssue and track keys and key cards for housekeeping and maintenanceSupport housekeeping with guest room cleaning during high occupancy or staffing shortagesCommunication & Phone Support Answer and route incoming calls using proper phone etiquetteRecord messages accurately and manage guest wake-up requestsCash Handling & Records Process credit card authorizations and cash transactionsMaintain accurate shift paperwork including call logs, cash logs, and Night Audit documentationKeep the Front Desk Log current and report operational or maintenance concerns to the General ManagerSafety, Security & Property Support Follow all safety and security proceduresConduct routine walkthroughs of floors, stairwells, entrances, and exterior areasMonitor doors and lighting to ensure a secure environmentQualificationsBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)Strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask, stay organized, and work independentlyReliable attendance and professional conductComfortable handling cash and maintaining accurate recordsPay & Benefits$16.50-$17.00 per hourMonthly bonus potentialBi-weekly direct depositFlexible schedulingCross-training and advancement opportunitiesShifts Times: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (must be able to work either shifts depending on day)Join a team where your work directly impacts guest satisfaction and daily hotel success.
