Job Title: Payroll Analyst Location: Milpitas, CA (Onsite)Duration: Contract to HireJDProcess bi-weekly payroll for multiple employee groups.10+ years of payroll processing experience in a mid-to-large organization.Strong experience with ADP WorkforceNow (required).Experience with Workday and Replicon is preferred.Process new hires, terminations, LOAs, and benefit deductions.Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and wage & hour laws.Reconcile payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies.
