Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to join their legal team. Key Responsibilities Support compliance with licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including franchise and pole attachment agreements Manage disputes related to fiber build and telecommunications services Required Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 10+ years of legal experience in the telecommunications industry or a closely related field In-depth knowledge of telecommunications law, including regulatory and transactional matters Proven experience in drafting and negotiating real estate and procurement contracts Strong experience in dispute resolution and developing creative compromises
