Speech Therapist

Performance Therapy is looking for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. We are a Mississippi based therapy organization with clinics across the state, and our therapists are supported by strong clinical leadership, a collaborative team of PT, OT, and ST providers, and a culture that puts patients and staff first. In this role you will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, and feeding or swallowing needs. You will develop individualized plans of care, track progress toward functional goals, and partner with families, caregivers, physicians, and other members of the care team to make sure every patient gets the support they need. Documentation is completed in our electronic system, and you will work alongside a clinic team that helps keep the day running smoothly so you can focus on care. We are looking for someone who holds a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program, current or pending Mississippi SLP licensure, and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or CFY candidacy.
