Location & Schedule:Hybrid (On-site Creve Coeur + Remote Flexibility) 35-40 hours per week

Pay:Starting at $17.00 per hour
TheMarketing & Paid Media Internwill gain hands-on experience supporting paid advertising campaigns, marketing promotions, product launches, and performance reporting across multiple brands.
This is an opportunity to learn how revenue-driven marketing actually works, from campaign setup and data tracking to customer segmentation and performance optimization.
You will work directly with the Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist and collaborate with marketing, design, digital, and product teams.
How paid media campaigns are built and optimized (Google, Meta, and more)
How marketing budgets are managed and measured
How to analyze ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other key performance metrics
How to pull customer lists and segment audiences
How to support integrated marketing campaigns across retail and e-commerce
How attribution, UTMs, and tracking systems work behind the scenes
How product launches and promotions are executed from concept to reporting

Assist in building and monitoring paid media campaigns across digital platforms
Pull and organize customer lists for campaigns and retention initiatives
Support UTM tracking and ensure campaign tracking accuracy
Compile performance reports and assist in weekly/monthly analytics recaps
Conduct competitive research and trend analysis
Assist with A/B testing setup and documentation
Support marketing calendar coordination and campaign timelines
Organize marketing assets and maintain campaign documentation
Assist in product launch preparation and campaign execution
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field
Strong interest in paid media, advertising, and performance marketing
Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Curious and analytical you enjoy understanding why behind results
Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions
Bonus (Not Required):
Experience running social media ads
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Klaviyo
Experience with basic data reporting or dashboards
