Sales Associate

DeBoard Electronics – Full-Time Sales Associate DeBoard Electronics is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Associate. This role involves assisting customers with their home and car audio/video needs while delivering excellent service and knowledgeable product guidance. Responsibilities include: Greeting and assisting customers Providing up-to-date product information Upselling merchandise and services Stocking and maintaining a clean sales floor Processing payments and handling transactions Scheduling appointments Answering phone calls and assisting inquiries Schedule: Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Must be available some Saturdays (if needed) Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Sales experience is preferred (not required) Experience in home audio/video and/or car audio/video preferred (not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and reliable The ability to lift up to 75lbs (if needed) The ability to climb a ladder (if needed) Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay plus commission* Employee discounts on products and services Join a locally trusted business known for quality installs and exceptional customer service Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Conway, AR 72034 (Required) Work Location: In person
