Responsibilities include bridal tours, planning wedding events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the seamless execution of ceremonies and receptions. The Wedding Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for couples and their vendors, manage event timelines, and provide exceptional customer service to create unforgettable experiences. Additional duties may include collaborating with the winery team to maintain event standards and resolve any day-of challenges.QualificationsExperience in Wedding Planning, Event Planning, and Event ManagementStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a positive client experience and liaise effectively with vendors and staffProven ability to manage event timelines, ensure attention to detail, and handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressureAdaptable and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving during eventsPrevious experience in hospitality or event coordination is a plusAvailability to work weekends and flexible hoursIn interested please answer the following 2 questions: Where you currently liveIf you have other employment currently (it is part time so other employment is ok and encouraged)
