Technamo is a Tier-I Contractor to provide IT Services to virginia govt. agencies (70+ entities) and contracted to provide services to state govt. New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Delaware and Maryland govt. agencies. Job Description Duration: 24 Months Qualifications 7 years of experience as a Software Manager working on software enhancements or new application development project(s) coordinating with the project team including users, business analysts and developers. 7 years of experience with analysis of complex business rules, workflow processes, and re-engineering business processes. 7 years of experience leading meetings overseeing sessions with business analysts and developers to ensure correct functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and security requirements are documented. 7 years of experience with coordinating all phases of application development including requirements analysis, design and development, testing, and maintenance of complex systems and reports. 6 years of managing teams. 3 years of experience with Visio, Balsamiq, and/or other tools for creating and maintaining process flows and wireframes.
