General Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. The Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant's revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as, maintain high productivity, quality, and customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in an upscale high end restaurant where outstanding food and service is the standard.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operationsHire, train, and coach all team membersCreate and manage a warm, welcoming, and team-oriented environmentEnsure all food and beverage products meet the high standards of our guests and ownersDrive sales and reduce costMaintain safety procedures to ensure the well being of all guests and team membersMaintain all health code requirements for the restaurantPerform all necessary administrative tasks such as creating schedules, managing inventory, ordering supplies, tracking labor and processing payroll.What We Offer:2 Weeks of PTO PLUS 6 Paid Holidays.
