As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will support our Paid Media team by developing strategies, building and managing campaigns, conducting quality assurance reviews, analyzing performance data, and optimizing advertising initiatives across multiple client accounts.This is a full-time opportunity for professionals seeking to build a long-term career with an award-winning agency known for delivering exceptional results for its clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion marketing.Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives and performance goals.Build, launch, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple accounts.Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure campaign accuracy and effectiveness.Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and paid social media best practices.QualificationsRequired Experience2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram paid advertising campaigns.Proven experience with lead generation and conversion-focused marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make optimization recommendations.Experience creating weekly and monthly client-facing reports.Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with additional paid social advertising platforms, including:LinkedIn AdsX (Twitter) AdsTikTok AdsYouTube AdsWhat We're Looking ForDetail-oriented and highly organized professional.Strong communication and client management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote and fast-paced agency environment.Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.Additional InformationThis is a full-time position.Pre-employment skills testing is required as part of the hiring process.International team members are required to electronically track working hours.
