Instructional Assistant - Hollis, NH

A part-time paraprofessional position is available in Hollis, NH, supporting preschool students within both intensive needs and general education classrooms. This role offers valuable experience working with children with special education needs in a dynamic school environment.Schedule and Location:Monday through Thursday, 26 hours per weekHours: 8:30 AM - 2:50 PMLocation: Preschool classrooms at an elementary school setting in Hollis, NHContract position through June 17, 2026Start date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:Provide classroom support to preschool students with behavioral and educational challengesAssist in implementing ABA strategies and behavioral interventionsAdapt to changes in classroom arrangements as neededCollaborate with teachers and support staff to meet students' individual needsMaintain a safe, supportive learning environment for students with special needsQualifications and Experience:High school diploma requiredPrevious experience working as a paraprofessional with special education students, preferably in behavioral settingsABA training or practical experience with applied behavior analysis techniquesComfort working with students with disabilities and diverse learning needsReliable transportation to and from the work siteAbility to pass district fingerprinting and agency onboarding requirementsOne completed professional reference prior to submissionWillingness to participate in a Zoom interviewThis position provides hands-on experience in a preschool educational setting supporting children with intensive and general education needs.
