As a Property Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of various projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. Responsibilities: - Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget - Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables - Lead project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies - Conduct regular status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders - Perform root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Utilize project management tools or similar software to track project tasks and milestones - Ensure adherence to project management methodologies - Manage change requests and assess the impact on project scope, timeline, and budget - Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of projects - Other duties and responsibilities to be assigned Requirements: - Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using project management tools such as Redmine or VersionOne - Familiarity with lean or agile methodologies is preferred - Experience in change management is a plus - Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred Experience level: Minimum 3 years in Project Management 3 years construction experience preferred 3 years property maintenance experience preferred Join our team as a Property Maintenance Manager and take your career to new heights.
