Site Reliability Engineer

Role: Site Reliability Engineer - SRELocation: San Antonio, TX 4 days per week.Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerantsystems across cloud and edge environments Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs to ensure service reliability andperformance Lead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvementinitiatives Build and maintain observability frameworks (monitoring, logging, tracing) fordistributed edge systemsCI/CD & DevOps Enablement Architect and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for microservices and AI/MLworkloads Automate build, test, and deployment workflows using tools such as AzureDevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI Enable continuous delivery to Edge devices, including OTA (Over-the-Air)updates Integrate security and compliance controls (DevSecOps) into CI/CD pipelinesEdge AI / IoT Systems Deploy, monitor, and manage AI/ML models on Edge (IoT) devices Optimize models for edge execution (e.g., latency, resource constraints, offlinecapability) Work with frameworks such as Azure IoT Edge, AWS IoT Greengrass,TensorFlow Lite, ONNX Runtime, NVIDIA Jetson Ensure secure communication and data flow between edge devices and cloudplatforms Support real-time data processing and inference at the edgeInfrastructure & Automation Build and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools(Terraform, Bicep, ARM, CloudFormation) Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (K8s, K3s, oredge Kubernetes distributions) Automate provisioning, scaling, and configuration management across hybridenvironmentsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (orequivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or PlatformEngineering Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines in productionenvironments Hands-on experience with Azure Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Go, Bash,etc.) Experience supporting distributed or IoT/Edge systems in production##Equal Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
