Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)/ Speech Therapist (ST) , Early Intervention
(Hybrid - In person and some telehealth)
Full Time or Part Time
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Speech Therapist (ST) to provide home-based services for children from birth through -3 years old.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to provide comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)/ Speech Therapist (ST) from an accredited program
Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
Previous experience working as a speech-language pathologist (slp) preferred
Knowledge of diagnostic procedures and treatment techniques for speech, language, and communication disorders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience working with pediatric patients preferred
Familiarity with critical care and acute care settings, including ICU, if needed
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
