Develop and maintain program roadmaps, detailed project plans, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Provide strategic oversight to global cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives. Collaborate with finance, technology, and business leaders to define and measure ROI, KPIs, and benefit realization. Manage program budgets and forecasts, tracking actuals to ensure financial control compliance.What Is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 12+ years of overall project/program management experience. At least 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale ERP transformation or implementation programs. Minimum of 5+ years experience managing multi-workstream, cross-functional, global programs. 5+ years of in-depth understanding of core financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, and Reporting. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required.How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) 5+ years experience managing ERP implementations or migrations (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred). Familiarity with Six Sigma, ITIL, COBIT, or similar quality frameworks. Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.
